Make Over May has me bidding adieu to the sweet stuff, and I was doing great off of all sugar until the blood orange sorbet seen above lured me in. So. Good. The thing is, when you haven't had sugar in awhile, and then you cave, it's all the sweeter and more spectacularly delicious. Have you noticed this? Unfortunately, it led to my undoing. Ugh. A simple sorbet cone avalanched into an overindulgence on Mothers Day, a friend’s birthday, and on into the holiday weekend. Save me from myself!
So... I am starting off on this Monday-like Tuesday with another new commitment to eat healthy whole foods that actually nourish my body. Thankfully, I’m able to turn my Barre3 "28 to Great" workout challenge into their new "Anywhere" challenge for the month of June. Summer is staring at me straight on and I am determined to be stronger and more resilient this time around.
I love this darling Topshop crochet dress worn over a favorite pair of white Current Elliott cut offs, and a basic tank from Gap. The Chloe-inspired lace up gladiators feel fresh in their soft greige hue, and my go-to wood handle clutch continues to go perfectly with every outfit I've worn this Spring.
